(2 Samuel 11:1-5, 14-17; 12:1-7)
David is known for having a heart like God’s, but we see that despite that, he commits a horrible act. This account should be a warning to us not to let our guard down. This account also shows how we should approach people that have started down the wrong path. Everyone needs to be a Nathan and invite Nathans into their life.
