Perhaps the greatest description God ever gave to one of his own were the words spoken over David, that he was a “man after God’s own heart”. David was far from perfect, but he loved what God loved and hated what God hated. I’m hoping that taking a look through this man’s life will help us strive to be a man or woman after God’s own heart as well.
